Subscription Cancellations At Fintech Point, we operate on a subscription-based model. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to the POS Service will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle, at which point your account will be downgraded or deactivated.
Refund Eligibility As our Service is a digital product and provides immediate access to software features, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused months. However, if you experience a technical failure or service interruption that prevents the core functionality of the POS for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund at the sole discretion of Fintech Point.
Trial Periods We encourage all new clients to utilize our [Insert Number]-day free trial period to ensure the software meets their business requirements before committing to a paid plan. Once a paid subscription is initiated following a trial, the standard non-refundable policy applies.
Hardware Returns If you have purchased integrated hardware (such as barcode scanners, thermal printers, or ZKTeco biometric terminals) directly through Fintech Point, these items are subject to a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the hardware must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.
Third-Party Hardware Fintech Point is not responsible for refunds or returns on hardware purchased from third-party vendors or retail outlets, even if used in conjunction with our SaaS platform. For such items, please refer to the return policy of the original seller.
Processing of Refunds Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., Bank Transfer, Bkash, or Credit Card) within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are beyond the control of Fintech Point.
